Privacy Policy

Last revised: 12 June 2026

This policy explains how Climbwise Tailoring Sdn Bhd (Company No. 202201029384 (1475632-H), “we”, “us”) handles personal data in connection with the website climbwise.pro and our atelier at 23-1, Lorong Rahim Kajai 14, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, 60000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

1. What we collect

Through the booking form we collect your name, email address, phone number and whatever you choose to tell us about your commission. At the atelier we additionally record body measurements, posture notes, fitting photographs (with your consent) and order history — a tailoring house cannot function without them.

2. Why we collect it

  • To respond to enquiries and schedule appointments;
  • To draft, fit and maintain garments commissioned from us;
  • To keep your pattern and preferences on file for future orders;
  • To meet accounting and legal record-keeping obligations in Malaysia.

We do not run marketing lists, we do not send newsletters unless you have expressly asked for updates, and we never sell or rent personal data to anyone.

3. Where it lives and how long

Website form submissions are stored on servers located with our hosting provider and are deleted once the enquiry is resolved, at most within 12 months. Measurement records and patterns are kept at the atelier for as long as you remain a client, because that archive is the service; you may ask us to destroy them at any time.

4. Who sees it

Only the two cutters and, where necessary, our accountant and IT support under confidentiality obligations. We disclose personal data to authorities only where the law requires it.

5. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, withdraw consent to processing, or request deletion. Write to [email protected] or post a request to the atelier address above; we respond within 21 days.

6. Security

Website traffic is encrypted in transit. Paper records — and tailoring runs on paper — are kept in the atelier under lock. Access to digital records is password-protected and limited to the people named in section 4.

7. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will post the revised version here with a new revision date. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
