The alteration bench is where the house earns its conscience. If a garment is worth saving, we will save it — whoever made it.
Bodies change; good cloth should be allowed to keep up. Faridah’s bench handles everything from a simple trouser hem to full re-cuts — jackets taken in through the body, shoulders lifted, vintage pieces relined and returned to service. Each job starts with an inspection and a written quote, so you decide with the numbers in front of you.
We are equally frank about the other direction. Some garments are cut so far from your figure that alteration would just move the problem around. When that is the case we say so at the counter and hand the garment back — ten minutes of honesty instead of RM200 of disappointment.
Wedding-dress adjustments, songket and kebaya work are taken by appointment, and we handle heirloom pieces with the caution they deserve: seams opened by hand, original thread kept where it can be.

Most work is ready inside ten days; complex re-cuts are scheduled like small commissions. Climbwise garments are adjusted at preferential rates for life.
